We're excited to announce that our newest system features have launched! Many of our clients have asked for these enhancements, and we listened. Now clients have the ability to send an applicant an email, where they can then complete the authorization form electronically and collect a digital signature.
Also, the new features easily allow clients to create an applicant profile, so they no longer have to re-enter that applicant’s information. This speeds up the process for running multiple search packages for a given applicant. With the aid of our color-coded Applicant Process Indicator, it's easy to see how the process is moving along for a given applicant from “start" to "ready to check."
