When logged into your NCS account lately, you may have noticed some changes to the system. Below are the newest features that we have added:
- Online Chat - Talk instantly with one of our outstanding customer service representatives during our business hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
- Quick Buttons - New buttons on your client dashboard allow you to quickly begin a new search, view search results, view applicants or add an applicant.
- Education/Employment Verification Forms - Clients have the ability to request the information needed to order the search via a digital form for applicants who have signed the authorization form.
- Favorite Searches - For search packages that you choose most often, you can mark them as "favorites" to appear closer to the top.
- Search Archive - You can now archive search reports with a click of a button.
- Applicant Buttons - From the Applicants screen, you can simply click to edit the applicant, resend the authorization form, activate an applicant or cancel the authorization form.
- International Authorization Form - The form is now available to send via email to the applicant. It can also be sent in addition to the domestic authorization form if you need both domestic and international searches for an applicant.
